A Room Full Of Bubbles For The Annual Midnight Moon Awards

Each year Banana Moon’s annual awards wow attendees! Planned to perfection, each tiny detail comes together to create a full themed room. With a new year, comes a totally new & exciting theme to dazzle attendees! For 2025 the creative team at event agency Denfield dove deep for their newest event theme – Under The Sea! “We try to fully immerse ourselves in each theme and make sure it flows through everything we do, from the invites, to bubble water tubes on stage and flooding the room with bubbles!” said event organised Mike Colledge from Denfield.

This event celebrates the magic of early years childcare and the incredible people keeping young children inspired, so the themes have to be equally as magic & inspiring… “It’s a joint effort from ourselves, the client and also any trends. As a franchise children’s nursery, it’s really important that we deliver the ‘fun’ element every year as the staff work so hard all year round, this is their opportunity to not only let their hair down but to be recognised amongst peers and colleagues for the incredible achievements..”  With sensational subaquatic props, mesmerising entertainment and great vibes, the winners were ecstatic to be awarded in the Banana Moon Day Nursery’s Midnight Moon Awards.

Banana Moon Day Nursery is a franchise nursery with over 50 sites UK-wide. Each year, event agency Denfield produce and deliver the Midnight Moon Awards, which is an opportunity for all nurseries to come together, enjoy great company and have the opportunity to network whilst potentially taking home one of the coveted MMA Awards. Now in its 10th year, it’s going from strength to strength, the event was a huge success! With a dancefloor packed up until the last minute and Paddy McGuinness surprising guests as a host, he proved to be very popular. The positivity in the room following the Awards was palpable.

The Midnight Moon Awards have a wide range of categories like Franchisee of the Year, Nursery Management Team of the Year, Social Media User of the Year, Excellence in Additional Needs, Culinary Star of the Year & many more! With the pinnacle of each Midnight Moon Awards being the prestigious Nursery of the Year award – Banana Moon Rothwell took that crown this year.

Under The Sea Inspired Awards

2025’s awards were inspired by the Under The Sea theme and the bubbles features throughout the event. The award was created using silver anodised and polished nickel plated aluminium engraved with the worthy winners & Banana Moon branding.  Aquatic themed digitally printed detail on the ocean blue acrylic back really takes the award to new depths!  A finish like this is perfect to reflect the strong theme of this vibrant event.
